1. Acknowledgment of the Digital Nature of the Product:
Because our product (eBook/digital product) is delivered immediately via download, it is non-returnable or non-exchangeable after the purchase is completed. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. When will a refund request be considered?
Generally, no refunds are offered for downloaded digital products. However, a refund will be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
*Double Payment Error: If the amount is mistakenly debited twice for the same product.
*Technical Fault Preventing Use: If the customer experiences a serious technical fault with the book file that prevents them from accessing it, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue as soon as possible after notifying us.
